Swaraj Suiting Limited announced that shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Amreen Sheikh as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective October 5, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Manoj Mansinghka as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a first five-year term, effective October 1, 2026, at the company’s 23rd Annual General Meeting held September 30, 2026.
