Sunteck Realty’s board approved a scheme of arrangement with a wholly-owned subsidiary

Sunteck Realty Limited’s board of directors approved a Scheme of Arrangement between Sunteck Realty Limited and Satguru Corporate Services Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunteck, and their respective shareholders, under Section 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The board also appointed Ernst & Young LLP as the company’s internal auditor up to March 31, 2027, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee.
