Aarti Surfactants Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its members approved the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association at the 8th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, which involves substituting the existing Clause 3A with a new clause expanding the company’s business to include a wider range of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and related products.
