Chemtech Industrial Valves Limited announced that shareholders approved amendments to the company’s Memorandum of Association at a special resolution passed during the 30th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, which included inserting new sub-clauses relating to the company’s objects, mechanical and electrical products, renewable energy projects, and the acquisition of securities of other companies.
