Syncom Formulations shareholders approve Bankdas' appointments and Jindal's director role

Syncom Formulations (India) Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of Rahul Vijay Bankda as Managing Director, effective August 12, 2026, and Rinki Ankit Bankda as Whole Time Director, also effective August 12, 2026. Additionally, the company re-appointed Ruchi Jindal as an Independent Woman Director for a second five-year term, effective June 28, 2027.
