Commercial Syn Bags re-appoints Anil Choudhary and Ranjana Choudhary for three years

Commercial Syn Bags Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the re-appointment of Shri Anil Choudhary as Chairman and Managing Director for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. February 20, 2027, and Smt. Ranjana Choudhary as Whole-time Director & KMP for a further period of 3 years w.e.f. June 1, 2027, was approved by the company’s members at the 42nd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, following a recommendation by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a board meeting on September 5, 2026.
