Polyplex Corporation’s board approved a Rs 7,348.83 lakh acquisition of 51% of PDPL

Polyplex Corporation Limited announced that its Board approved a final sale consideration of Rs 7,348.83 lakh for the acquisition of 51% of the share capital of PDPL, an increase from the initial investment of approximately Rs 6,209.75 lakh, with a balance payment of Rs 1139.08 lakh to be made to the continuing sellers, as per the Share Purchase Agreement.
