Alstone Textiles to convene a board meeting October 7 to review financial results

Alstone Textiles (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window for the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, and remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
