LEAP India Limited forms Vimprotech, a plastics processing subsidiary, with Rs 40.3 crore capital

LEAP India Limited announced the incorporation of Vimprotech Private Limited on October 1, 2026, a wholly owned subsidiary with an initial capital of Rs 40,30,00,000, as previously disclosed on September 29, 2026. The new subsidiary will operate in the plastics processing and packaging industry, manufacturing vacuum-formed, thermoformed, and injection-moulded products. Additionally, LEAP India Limited is also in the process of incorporating another wholly owned subsidiary, either “Total International Packaging Solutions Private Limited” or “Total Integral Packaging Solutions Private Limited,” with an initial capital of Rs 1,65,00,000, focused on logistics and supply-chain support services.
