Aditya Ispat shareholders approved resolutions, re-appointed a director, and regularized an executive

Aditya Ispat Limited announced that all resolutions at its 35th Annual General Meeting, held on September 30, 2026, were approved by shareholders, and Mrs. Sushila Kabra was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Director liable to retire by rotation. Additionally, Mr. Vemula Jalaprasad was regularized as a Whole-Time Executive Director, effective March 23, 2026, for a period of three years, until March 22, 2029.
