Commercial Syn Bags Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its members approved a final dividend of Rs 0.50 (5%) on 4,19,52,200 equity shares of Rs 10 each for the year 2025-26, to be paid to shareholders as of the record date of September 22, 2026.
