Pace E-Commerce Ventures Limited informed the BSE on October 1, 2026, that its members approved the alteration of the Main Object Clause of the company's Memorandum of Association at the Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, by passing a special resolution, which will facilitate diversification and enable the company to deal in all kinds of milk and dairy products.
