Harig Crankshafts Limited announced that its members re-appointed M/s M.B. Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditors for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from the conclusion of the 3rd Annual General Meeting (Post CIRP) until the conclusion of the 8th Annual General Meeting (Post CIRP) to be held for FY 2030-2031, at the company's 3rd Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026.
