Hindustan Composites Limited will hold a board meeting on Monday, October 12, 2026, to consider and approve the declaration and payment of a special interim dividend to shareholders for the financial year 2026-27, the company said in a filing. Trading of the company's securities has been suspended from October 1, 2026, and will remain so until 48 hours after the release of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
