Ceigall India Limited appoints and re-appoints directors following its annual meeting

Ceigall India Limited announced appointments and re-appointments to its board following its 24th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026. Vishal Anand and Gurpreet Kaur were re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms, while Ankit Kumar Agarwal was appointed as a Director and Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term. Additionally, Ayyalusamy Saravanan and Dr. Pawan Kumar were appointed as Whole Time Directors for terms of two and five years respectively.
