EFC (I) Limited announced it has completed the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited through a share swap, making Ultrafresh a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition, which involved the issuance of 19,99,996 equity shares, cost EFC (I) Limited Rs 53,99,98,920 and was not considered a related party transaction. Ultrafresh, previously a 51% subsidiary of TTK Prestige Limited, operates in the modular furniture solutions segment with a turnover of Rs 36.32 crore in fiscal year 2025-26, and the acquisition is intended to strengthen EFC (I) Limited’s existing furniture manufacturing and design businesses.
