TTK Prestige concludes sale of 51% stake in Ultrafresh to EFC (I) Limited

TTK Prestige Limited announced that the sale of its 51% holding in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited to EFC (I) Limited has been completed, resulting in Ultrafresh ceasing to be a subsidiary of TTK Prestige. As consideration, TTK Prestige received 10,20,038 Equity Shares of Rs 2 each in EFC (I) Limited, according to a regulatory filing on October 1, 2026.
