Afloat Enterprises Limited, formerly known as Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited, announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Rohit Bhatia & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a term of five years, commencing from the financial year 2026-27 and concluding at the end of the financial year 2030-31. The appointment followed the resignation of M/s G AAKASH & ASSOCIATES, Company Secretaries, due to professional commitments.
