P N Gadgil Jewellers Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in Silvostyle Jewellers Limited, as previously announced on August 20, 2026, resulting in Silvostyle Jewellers Limited becoming a wholly owned subsidiary effective October 1, 2026, after acquiring a total of 1,50,00,000 equity shares, including the allotment of 1,48,50,000 equity shares and the transfer of 1,50,000 equity shares from existing shareholders.
