EFC (I) Limited acquires Ultrafresh Modular Solutions for Rs 53,99,98,920 via share allotment

EFC (I) Limited has allotted 19,99,996 equity shares on a preferential basis to nine non-promoter investors, including TTK Prestige Limited, for a total consideration of Rs 53,99,98,920, in exchange for the acquisition of 100% stake in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions Limited. The shares were allotted at an issue price of Rs 270 per share, including a premium of Rs 268 per share, and will rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
