Afloat Enterprises Limited, formerly known as Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited, said shareholders approved the appointment of M/s S K HANDA & ASSOCIATES (FRN: 016424N and Peer review Certificate no: 022934) as statutory auditors for a period of 5 years, replacing retiring auditors M/s V.N Purohit & CO (FRN: 304040E) from the conclusion of the 11th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 16th Annual General Meeting.
