BGR Energy Systems faces appeal over Rs 4.73 crore debt claim by operational creditor

BGR Energy Systems Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it has received a copy of the adjournment order pertaining to Company Appeal (AT) (CH) (Ins) No. 252/2026, following an earlier adjournment and settlement of a default complaint by a financial creditor. The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal noted that an operational creditor of BGR Energy Systems Limited claims the company owes it approximately Rs 4.73 crore and that the tribunal will close IA No. 1420/2026, requiring both sides to submit pointed notes of submission by October 9, 2026, with the appeal listed for hearing on November 16, 2026.
