K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited, acting as manager to Mindspace Business Parks REIT, confirmed that all interest payments due on September 30, 2026, for a series of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) were made on September 29, 2026. The NCD series, which includes issue sizes ranging from Rs 500 crore to Rs 1200 crore, had pre-TDS interest amounts ranging from Rs 3.86 crore to Rs 21.05 crore. The confirmation also stated that there were no unpaid principal or interest obligations as of September 30, 2026. The document, signed by Mridul Gupta, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, noted that no delays or reasons for non-payment were recorded for any of the NCD series.
