Tribunal dismisses merger of Madhya Bharat Phosphate and Kisan Phosphates, Shree Pushkar says

Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has allowed the withdrawal of the Scheme of Amalgamation between Madhya Bharat Phosphate Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and Kisan Phosphates Private Limited, due to commercial reasons, dismissing the proposed merger.
