Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited announced the completion of the acquisition of 36,68,036 equity shares, representing 15.89% of the total share capital, of Sudarshan Colorants India Limited from Sudarshan Europe B.V. for a consideration of Rs 150,75,62,796, according to a regulatory filing on Monday.
