Premier ARC appoints Kartik Manimuthu as CTO, bringing FinTech and AI expertise

Premier ARC Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Kartik Manimuthu as Chief Technology Officer, effective October 1, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. Mr. Manimuthu, who previously held the position of Senior Director – Engineering, AI & Data at SMC Group (SMC Global Securities / Stoxkart), brings over 10 years of experience in FinTech, cloud transformation, and artificial intelligence, having managed a technology investment portfolio of over Rs 100 crore.
