Southern Magnesium appoints N. Rajender Prasad as Joint Managing Director and CFO

Southern Magnesium and Chemicals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that Mr. N. Rajender Prasad has been appointed as Joint Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 29, 2025, and will hold office until the 40th Annual General Meeting of the company, or September 30, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
