Sheela Foam Limited’s amendment agreement grants it 34.53% equity in House of Kieraya Limited

Sheela Foam Limited, doing business as Sleepwell Products, announced that it entered into an amendment agreement on October 1, 2026, with House of Kieraya Limited and its significant shareholders, changing the status of House of Kieraya Limited from a jointly controlled entity to a subsidiary of Sheela Foam Limited. As a result of the amendment, Sheela Foam Limited now holds 34.53% equity shares of House of Kieraya Limited, a furniture company with Rs 375 crore in turnover for fiscal year 2025-26.
