IRM Energy Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Sorab S. Engineer & Co, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a five-year term commencing from the conclusion of the 11th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, replacing M/s. Mukesh M. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, whose second term concluded at the same meeting.
