Shareholders re-appointed MAAK & Associates as auditors for five years at Caspian Corporate Services

Caspian Corporate Services Limited announced that shareholders at its 15th Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, re-appointed M/s. MAAK & Associates as the company's statutory auditors for a term of five years, and re-appointed Sukumar Reddy Garlapati as Chairman & Managing Director for a period of five years. Additionally, shareholders regularized Vimal Laljibhai Kalaria as an Independent Director of the company.
