Marico Limited appoints Bhaskar Bhat as Nomination and Remuneration Committee Chairman

Marico Limited announced that Rajeev Vasudeva will retire as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee with effect from October 31, 2026, due to increasingly onerous professional commitments, and that Bhaskar Bhat has been appointed as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, effective November 1, 2026.
