Mahindra Lifespace Developers allotted shares under ESOS-2012, boosting equity capital

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited announced the allotment of 32,685 new fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2012 (ESOS-2012), effective October 1, 2026. The allotment increased the company's issued equity capital to Rs 213,61,70,340 and the subscribed & paid-up equity capital to Rs 213,40,64,000.
