Brookfield India Real Estate Trust, acting through its manager Brookprop Management Services Private Limited, has allotted 5,200 commercial papers with a face value of Rs 500,000 each, totaling Rs 2,600,000,000, on September 21, 2026, and confirmed that the proceeds have been utilized as stated in the Key Information Document dated September 17, 2026, and are adhering to listing conditions as per a Securities and Exchange Board of India circular.
