RMC Switchgears Limited announced that its board of directors approved a change of registrar and share transfer agent from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly known as Link Intime India Private Limited, to Skyline Financial Services Private Limited, subject to completion of necessary formalities. The transition will occur once electronic connectivity is successfully transferred to Skyline and confirmations are received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, with a formal effective date to be communicated to the stock exchanges.
