SMC Global Securities Limited has acquired 11,05,000 equity shares, representing 14.27%, of S. K. Offset Limited, an integrated printing, packaging, and labelling solutions provider, through a combination of an initial public offering allotment and open market purchases. Moneywise Financial Services Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SMC Global, also acquired 9,61,000 shares, comprising 12.41%, through the IPO, with 4,20,000 shares acquired in the anchor investor portion and 5,41,000 in the qualified institutional buyer portion. The total acquisition by SMC Global and its affiliate amounts to 20,66,000 shares, or 26.68%, with a total consideration of Rs 2,637.44 crore.
