Sri Chakra Cement closes share trading window ahead of quarterly results declaration

Sri Chakra Cement Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the quarterly unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
