Aarti Surfactants shareholders re-appointed Desai as CEO and Kakade as Director

Aarti Surfactants Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Nikhil P. Desai as CEO & Managing Director for five years with effect from August 20, 2027, and Santosh M. Kakade as Whole-time Executive Director for five years with effect from August 20, 2027, at the company's annual general meeting on September 29, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed Prof. Vandana B. Patravale as an Independent Director for a five-year term beginning August 22, 2026.
