Ampvolts Limited informed the BSE Limited that shareholders approved the appointment of MYSP & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years from the conclusion of the 27th Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2030-2031.
