Jumbo Bag Limited secures TNPDCL approval for 2-megawatt solar power plant in Vellore

Jumbo Bag Limited has received commissioning approval from the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (TNPDCL) for its 2-megawatt Solar PV Power Plant, located in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu, on September 30, 2026. The plant, which is part of a larger 15-megawatt project from Festa Solar Private Limited, will wheel power for captive use under the Non-REC Scheme and is connected to the Odugathur 110/33 KV Sub Station.
