Globalspace Technologies re-appoints Mallya, Singh for five-year terms following AGM

Globalspace Technologies Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Girish Kasaragode Mallya as an Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, and Mr. Krishna Murari Singh as Managing Director for a term of 5 years with effect from April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2032, following decisions made at the company's Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026. Mr. Mallya previously served as an Assistant Vice President at EXL Service India and held roles at Silicon Valley Bank and Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, while Mr. Singh brings over 30 years of experience across various industries and currently serves as an Executive Director of Globalspace Technologies.
