Belrise Industries shareholders approved a Rs 550 crore authorized share capital increase

Belrise Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its members approved an increase in the Authorized Share Capital to Rs 550,00,00,000 divided into 110,00,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each, at its Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, through an Ordinary Resolution via remote e-voting.
