Belrise Industries Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. Shailesh Haribhakti & Associates and M/s. Rathi Rathi and Co. as Joint Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 30th Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the 35th Annual General Meeting, to be held in the Financial Year 2031-32. The appointment follows the expiration of the term of the existing statutory auditor, M/s. GSA & Associates LLP, and is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
