Basant Kumar Kabra acquires 2.24% stake in Control Print Limited, a BSE-listed entity

Basant Kumar Kabra has acquired 3,58,740 equity shares, representing 2.24% of the paid-up capital of Control Print Limited (“CPL”), following the dissolution of Basantkumar Kabra HUF, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 30, 2026. The acquisition, which occurred on September 25, 2026, is exempt under regulation 10 (1)(g) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and does not alter the aggregate shareholding of the promoters and promoter group of CPL.
