Veerkrupa Jewellers members appoint P H Shah as auditor for five years

Veerkrupa Jewellers Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s P H Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from F.Y. 2026-27 to 2030-31, at its 7th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026.
