Sampann Utpadan India shareholders appoint V Doogar & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Sampann Utpadan India Limited announced that shareholders approved the appointment of V Doogar & Associates (Firm Regd No. 042757N), Chartered Accountants, as the company’s Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 16th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, until the conclusion of the 21st AGM, replacing M/s D. Tayal & Jain, Chartered Accountants (Firm Regd No. 011181C), whose term concluded at the same meeting.
