Wherrelz IT Solutions Limited announced that its Annual General Meeting was held on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing, where shareholders approved the adoption of the company’s standalone financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Mrs. Sumanlata Dhareshwar as a director. The company also appointed Ms. Mayuri Rupareliya as Secretarial Auditor for a term of one year, and the voting results will be communicated to the BSE Limited by October 2, 2026.
