Wherrelz IT Solutions Limited announced that its Annual General Meeting was held on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means. Shareholders approved the adoption of the company’s standalone financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, re-appointed Mrs. Sumanlata Dhareshwar as a director, and appointed Ms. Mayuri Rupareliya as Secretarial Auditor for a term of one year. The company will communicate the voting results to the BSE Limited by October 2, 2026, and make them available on its website.
