Welspun Corp Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Welspun DI Pipes Limited, has incorporated Welspun Special Coating Private Limited, effective September 17, 2026, with an initial paid-up share capital of Rs 1,00,000, comprising 10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
