Integrated Proteins Limited held its Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026, via video conferencing, and approved the adoption of financial statements and the reappointment of Mr. Sandeep Mahadik as an Independent Director for a five-year term, commencing July 9, 2026, to July 8, 2031. The company also appointed Ms. Ankita Shah of Vast and Co., Company Secretaries LLP, as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027, and the voting results will be communicated to the BSE Limited by October 2, 2026.
