Manoj Jewellers Limited announced on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, that its board of directors approved the allotment of 89,84,000 fully paid-up equity shares at Rs 20 per share to eligible equity shareholders and Renouncees through a rights issue, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 8,98,56,280 to Rs 17,96,96,280.
